The messages express the views of the author of the message, not necessarily the views of this bulletin board. Any user who feels that a posted message is objectionable is encouraged to contact us immediately by email. We have the ability to remove objectionable messages and we will make every effort to do so, within a reasonable time frame, if we determine that removal is necessary.

Spirits In The Night Forums Staff reserves the right, at its own discression, to edit, remove or delete any posted content that is considered objectionable or otherwise unsuitable for this forum.

Registering more than one user ID per account is prohibited! Violators will have thier account suspended indefinately! If you require a name change please contact the Administrator. You must have a valid reason for the change. Any changes will be at the discretion of Spirits In The Night Forums Staff.

By submitting your registration you also agree to accept all important board updates from the Administrator through electronic means (i.e. emails, private messaging, etc.) You will have the option of opting out of all other transmissions.

In an effort to reduce the increasing amount of Spammer accounts from completing registration we have made some profile fields a requirement for completion on your registration form. In addition you must answer a trivia question related to Bruce Springsteen. If you can not answer the question correctly your account will NOT be approved! We are interested in providing an open community for Springsteen Fans across the world and have 'faith' that True fans will know the correct answer while Spammers will not. We will change the question every so often to increase the difficulty to SPAMMERS who attempt to register an account. We apologize to our Springsteen Fan friends for this inconvenience but it is required to keep the forum clean of SPAM.

We also recomend that you pick a USER NAME that is somewhat Springsteen related or something that is easily understandable by our community Admins. USER NAMES that use random letters or numbers or have no actual meaning otherwise will NOT be approved! A person's first name is acceptable. Please do NOT use your LAST Name when creating a USER NAME.

Email accounts that are suspected of bein from SPAMMERS will also cause a regstration to be deinied. Please choose your USER NAME and Email Address carefully when registering.
